Step 1: Eligibility Check

Step 2: Documentation

Gather the necessary documents required for FSSAI State License:

  1. Identity Proof of the Applicant:
    • PAN card
    • Aadhar card
    • Passport
    • Voter ID
  2. Passport-sized Photographs:
    • Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant.
  3. Address Proof of the Applicant:
    • Aadhar card
    • Passport
    • Voter ID
    • Utility bills (electricity bill, water bill, etc.)
  4. Partnership Deed or MOA/AOA (for Companies):
    • Copy of the partnership deed or Memorandum and Articles of Association for companies.
  5. List of Directors or Partners:
    • Names and addresses of all directors or partners.
  6. Food Safety Management System Plan:
    • An outline of the procedures and processes in place to ensure food safety.
  7. Declaration Form:
    • A declaration stating that the information provided is true and accurate.
  8. Business Activities Proof:
    • Documents supporting the proof of business activities, such as a sales invoice or a copy of partnership deed or affidavit.
  9. Source of Raw Material:
    • Information about the source of raw materials used in your food products.
  10. Layout Plan of the Premises:
    • A layout plan of the premises where food is manufactured or processed.
  11. FSMS (Food Safety Management System) Plan:
    • Detailed information about the Food Safety Management System in place.
  12. NOC from Local Authority:
    • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the local municipal or panchayat office.
  13. IE Code (Importers):
    • Importers are required to provide their Importer Exporter Code (IE Code).

Step 3: Online Application
