Process For Producer Company Registration:-

  1. Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN)

The first step in the registration process is to obtain a digital signature certificate (DSC) and director identification number (DIN) for all the proposed directors of the company.

  1. Name Reservation

The next step is to apply for name reservation of the company through the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) website. The name should be unique and should not be similar to any other registered company.

  1. Preparation of Memorandum and Articles of Association

The next step is to prepare the memorandum and articles of association of the company. These documents contain the rules and regulations governing the company’s operations and management.

  1. Filing of Forms

After the preparation of the memorandum and articles of association, the next step is to file the required forms with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) along with the necessary documents.

  1. Payment of Fees

The next step is to pay the registration fees along with the filing of forms. The registration fees depend on the authorized share capital of the company.

  1. Obtaining Certificate of Incorporation

After the ROC verifies and approves the registration documents, a certificate of incorporation is issued to the producer company. The certificate of incorporation marks the completion of the producer company registration process.

Documents Required For Producer Company Registration:-

1. For Directors and Shareholders:

  1. Photographs:
    • Passport-sized photographs of all proposed directors and shareholders.
  2. Proof of Identity:
    • Copy of Aadhar card, passport, voter ID, or driver’s license for all directors and shareholders.
  3. Proof of Address:
    • Recent utility bills, bank statements, or rental agreement as proof of address for all directors and shareholders.
  4. PAN Card:
    • Copy of PAN card for all directors and shareholders.

2. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Director Identification Number (DIN):

      • Application for DIN for all proposed directors.

3. Address Proof:

  • Registered Office Proof:
    • Utility bills or rental agreement for the registered office address.

4. Certificate of Incorporation and Other Registrations:

Once approved, the Certificate of Incorporation will be issued by the Registrar of Companies (ROC).

  • PAN and TAN:

Apply for Permanent Account Number (PAN) and Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number (TAN) for the company.

  • Bank Account:

Open a bank account in the name of the Producer Company.

6. Application Forms:

  • Name Approval Application (INC-1):
    • Application for reserving the proposed name of the Producer Company.
  • Application for Incorporation (INC-7):
      • Application for incorporating the Producer Company.
