This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules, including the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, as amended. It is published in compliance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, and any successor rules. It also aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) to the extent notified and in force.

  • Financial & tax data: invoices, statements, filings, challans, investment/insurance/loan details you choose to share.
  • Content you submit: forms, messages, attachments, reviews, feedback, support queries.

B. Automatically collected data

  • Device & usage: IP address, device type, OS/browser, crash logs, pages viewed, time spent, referrer URLs.

  • KYC/verification providers, payment partners, analytics, affiliate/marketplace integrations (when you connect them), and publicly available government databases where lawful.

Processing bases include your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with law, and our legitimate interests (e.g., security, service improvement).

14) Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
