💬 Refund Policy — Saving Mantra
Welcome to Saving Mantra, a trusted digital business platform offering accounting, compliance, legal, registration, and advisory services through verified professionals and partners across India and abroad.
We value your trust and appreciate your engagement with us. Our refund policy ensures clarity, fairness, and transparency for all clients who use our platform and mobile app.

1. Refund on Client Request
- Once you confirm your service order and payment, we assign a dedicated professional or advisor (CA, CS, Lawyer, Financial Expert, etc.) from our verified network.
- After assignment, no refund will be applicable, as the professional’s time and engagement are reserved for your service.
- A Service Level Agreement (SLA) or confirmation email is treated as the initial binding agreement between you and the assigned professional.
- Any error, omission, or request for modification after signing will be managed directly between you and the assigned professional.
- If you do not respond to phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp messages for 7 consecutive days after booking, the order will be auto-closed. No refund will be processed in such cases.
- Refunds, if any, may only be processed after the assigned professional’s approval confirming that no substantial work has started.
- You are required to upload or submit all relevant documents within 15 days of placing the order. Failure to do so will automatically mark your order as completed from our end, and no refund will be initiated.
- Once the assigned professional starts the work (document review, consultation, or preparation), the order becomes non-refundable.
- Consultation calls or meetings with professionals are billable sessions and cannot be refunded once conducted.
2. Refund for Service Non-Delivery
- If the assigned professional cannot complete your requested service due to genuine inability or unforeseen reasons, we will:
- Transfer your case to another qualified professional, or
- Issue a refund upon written confirmation from the professional acknowledging non-performance.
- Delays caused by government authorities, document verification, or regulatory processing are not considered service failures. Hence, no refund shall be applicable for such delays.
- If a government application, filing, or registration is rejected by the department, no refund can be claimed. You may reapply by paying 70% of the service fees to restart the process.
- Any government-imposed penalty, rejection fee, or re-filing charge must be borne by the client.
- If any client is found acting as an agent, intermediary, or third-party reseller, the order will be cancelled immediately, and no refund will be issued.
- Once documents are shared for order execution (email, WhatsApp, or upload), no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed only to the same account or payment mode from which the payment was received.
- The refund will be credited within 30 to 60 business days after internal verification and approval by the assigned professional.
4. Escalation Procedure
- If you face any issue or delay, please write to your assigned professional and mark a copy to support@savingmantra.com. We aim to resolve all Level 1 concerns within 7 working days.
- If not satisfied, you can escalate the issue to our Grievance Officer at care@savingmantra.com. The decision at Level 2 will be considered final.
5. No Refund in the Following Cases
- Change of mind after booking a service.
- Client withdraws, delays, or abandons the service midway.
- Claiming delay due to lack of document submission or response.
- Service completed or initiated by professional.
- Government or regulatory rejection of application.
6. Important Terms
- You must raise your service request only through the official Saving Mantra website (https://savingmantra.com) or mobile app.
- All payments should be made to Saving Mantra Tech Pvt. Ltd. through authorized payment gateways only.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you have read the applicable government requirements, documents, and eligibility criteria related to your chosen service.
- Timely submission of documents is the client’s responsibility; Saving Mantra or its professionals are not liable for delays due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
