4. Fill in form with query and description
After your query is received, it is logged in the Saving Mantra issue-tracking system, and you are provided with a reference number. The query is then evaluated by one of our experienced support consultants, who will contact you either telephonically or by e-mail in order to provide a solution, work-around or explanation for your query. Your query status can be confirmed at any time by e-mailing your reference number to the support e-mail address. All queries are tracked from initial logging until a resolution is provided. Please note: In addition to tracking support issues, the support desk also tracks feature requests and defects logged. Please see the diagram which provides an illustration of this process.
